Allow Charr'd's Executive Chef to design and prepare a wonderful meal for up to 10 guests. This multi-course dinner will be paired with specialty selected bourbons that will complement the food selections.
History of the chef's table concept: This culinary tradition, a chef's table, first emerged in Europe in the 13th century as chefs from castles and roadside inns took up the practice of asking friends to join them for a feast. It was an opportunity for a chef to honor his guests and display her art to those who could most appreciate it. We at the Marriott Louisville East are proud to continue this tradition of excellent cuisine.
